Andrew Carr is an experienced physiotherapist with extensive qualifications & a career spanning over three decades. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) & a Master of Applied Science (Sports Physiotherapy) from the University of South Australia, with a thesis focusing on rotator cuff muscle performance. Andrew has held significant roles in various Physiotherapy practises in Adelaide, including his current position as General Manager & Senior Physiotherapist at Northcare, where he has been for over 25 years. His responsibilities have included assessment, treatment, & management of a wide range of patients, mentoring junior physiotherapists, & developing rehabilitation protocols for complex cases. His expertise in compensable medicine & rehabilitation has made him a trusted professional in the field.
Throughout his career, Andrew has worked with multiple organisations, including Adelaide Physical Assessment Services, Adelaide Sports Physiotherapy, PhysioXtra, & Lowe Smith Williamson & Associates. His professional experience also includes Physiotherapy roles for sports teams such as the Glenelg Football Club, Adelaide Football Club & the Matrics Netball Club, & he has provided services to the Australian Defence Force.
